What is a Solflare Card?
It's a Mastercard debit virtual card that you can use to spend your USDC directly from your Solflare wallet. You can use it for your daily purchases, just like any other debit card. You can learn more about crypto cards this here.
What is a virtual card?
A virtual card functions like a regular debit card but is accessible only through the Solflare app. Once generated, it’s instantly ready for online payments.
In what currency is the Solflare Card?
All Solflare Cards are natively USDC cards.
How many cards can I have?
Currently, you can have 1 virtual card and 1 physical card as soon as we issue them.
Will there be a physical card?
Yes! You can order one via the Solflare mobile application soon!
Where can I check my spendable balance?
Your spendable balance is the amount of USDC you have in the wallet which is connected to your Solflare card.
What assets can I spend with Solflare Card?
At present, you can only spend USDC. We are working on enabling other assets soon!

Who is eligible for a Solflare Card?
Solflare Cards are available to residents aged 18 or over from the EEA, the UK and other countries, subject to approval on a case-by-case basis by our card partner. To check if you're eligible, please request a card through the Solflare mobile app.
How do I apply for a Sollfare card?
To apply for a Solflare Card, open the mobile application, click on the card icon in your portfolio, and proceed to apply for the Solflare Card. If you do not have the mobile app, you must download the application and setup a wallet first.
Can I get a Solflare Card if I'm a citizen of the above countries, but live elsewhere?
Yes, you can request a Solflare Card as long as you have a valid ID document from one of the eligible countries.

What information do I need to provide to get a Solflare Card?
Just your basic personal information, such as your name, address, and a government ID document.
What identity documents are acceptable?
Acceptable identity documents include a government-issued ID, driver's license, or passport.
How long does it take to confirm my identity?
This process typically takes just 1 to 2 minutes.
Why do I need to prove my identity?
Our partners need to know who is using our cards to ensure legal compliance.
Can I edit my personal information after I sign up?
You can request changes to your information by contacting our 24/7 customer support.
Why do you need my phone number?
Your phone number is used to send a secure one-time password (OTP) as part of 3D Secure standard (3DS) when you make online purchases with your card. It also helps verify your device when adding your card to Google Pay or Apple Pay.
How can I load funds to my Solflare Card?
You don't need to load funds onto the card; instead, choose a Solflare wallet you want to spend USDC from.
What is wallet delegation and why is it required?
With the Solflare Card, you spend USDC funds directly from your wallet. A specific wallet must be delegated to the Solflare Card so the funds can be spent.
My application for a Solflare Card has been declined. Why?
If your application was declined, it might be due to one of the following reasons: 1. The card is unavailable in your region. 2. There were issues with your KYC.

What can I use the Solflare Card for?
Your Sofllare Card functions like a regular debit card. You can use it to purchase products and services online, shop in physical stores, or withdraw cash from ATMs.
Can I use my Solflare Card right away?
Yes, as soon as you're approved for a Solflare Card, you can use it!
How do I activate my Solflare Card?
Virtual cards become active immediately upon receipt. Physical cards are activated by inputting the last 4 card digits in the app.
Can I use my Solflare Card internationally?
Yes, of course! The Solflare Card functions like any other debit card, but it allows you to spend directly from your self-custodial Solflare wallet.
How does my Solflare Card work in a different currency? Which FX rate will I get when using my Solflare card?
You can use your Solflare Card as usual in the local currency. The FX rate is provided by Mastercard at the interbank rate. This rate will be used to authorize against your wallet's available balance at the time of the transaction. Solflare may charge international transaction fees; please consult the terms and conditions.
When does my Solflare Card expire?
Your Solflare Card expires on the date stated on the card, whether it is virtual or physical.
How can I replace my Solflare Card?
If you lose your physical card, you can request a new one in the app. Limits apply.
Where can I find the list of my transactions?
To find the list of your Solflare Card transactions, click the card icon in the top right corner of your Portfolio. On this screen, you can see your transactions at the bottom of the screen.
How do I pay online with a Solflare Card?
Once your Solflare Card is generated, it will include a unique 16-digit card number, a security code (CVV), and an expiry date. With this information, you can use your card for online payments.
Why didn't the ATM give me cash?
If the ATM didn't give you cash, one of the following cases could have happened:
1. You've exceeded the limits for ATM withdrawals;
2. You don't have enough available balance on your wallet to withdraw the requested amount;
3. Some ATM operators have their own limits and will decline cash withdrawals (which is not in Soflare's control). If you didn't receive cash from the ATM but your card was still charged for the requested amount, contact our customer service at support@solflare.com.
Why was my card payment declined?
If your card payment was declined, it may be due to one of the following reasons:
1. You don't have enough available balance in your wallet for the payment.
2. You may have exceeded the card spending limits.
3. You may have attempted to purchase from a banned or high-risk merchant.
4. The merchant may have declined your payment for reasons unknown to Solflare.
How do I cancel / delete my card?
To cancel or delete your Solflare Card, simply access your card dashboard from the card icon in the top right corner of your portfolio, then proceed to your Solflare Card settings and click "Terminate card".

What do I do if my Solflare Card or phone is stolen or compromised?
If you believe your card is compromised, urgently block it in the Solflare app. If your phone is stolen, immediately report it to our customer service!
Can I temporarily 'lock' my card? How do I freeze and unfreeze my card?
Yes, you can. At any time, simply open your app, select the card, and freeze or unfreeze it. This gives you control over when it can be used.
My Solflare Card is not working, what should I do?
If your Solflare Card isn't working, please contact us at support@solflare.com and have any information about attempted transactions ready.
Where can I find the list of my transactions?
To access your transaction history, click the card icon in the upper-right corner of your Portfolio. Your transactions are visible at the bottom of the screen.
A card payment on my wallet looks unfamiliar. What happened?
It's common for the name shown on a charge to differ from the merchant name you are familiar with. If the name seems unfamiliar, perform a quick online search to verify if the amount and timing of the payment match your records.
If you suspect your card has been compromised, visit TBD to freeze your card. Then, contact our customer service at support@solflare.com.
How can I get a refund for something I bought?
You can initiate a refund by contacting our 24/7 customer support team.

Why was I charged a fee?
If you notice a fee in your card's transaction history, it likely pertains to a foreign currency payment.
I see extra small fees on my Solflare Card. Why is that?
Some merchants occasionally create "ghost" transactions to verify your card information. These transactions may be incomplete or fully refunded, so your balance remains unchanged.
Why was I charged an ATM fee?
Solflare doesn’t charge ATM fees, however, certain ATM operators do charge a fee for their service. This is not something Solflare controls
