The liquidation price is the price at which a leveraged position is closed automatically because its collateral no longer covers the loss. It’s calculated when the position opens and moves as you add or remove collateral. Higher leverage puts it closer to the current price, which is why large multiples get liquidated by ordinary volatility. Learn about perpetual futures or check out Solflare’s trading tools.
