A pennant is a small, symmetrical triangle that forms after a sharp price move as the trading range narrows. Unlike a flag, whose boundaries are roughly parallel, a pennant has converging boundaries. Traders often view it as a brief pause and watch for a breakout in the direction of the preceding move, though the pattern can also fail or break the other way. Explore trading with Solflare.
