The relevant reports are the Toronto Regional Real Estate Board Condo Market Reports covering Q1 2026, Q2 2026, Q3 2026, and Q4 2026. The market will resolve based on the first published Condo Market Report for the relevant quarter. Later revisions, corrections, or restatements will not affect resolution.
