The Underlying is the actual, not seasonally adjusted, national average sale price reported by the Canadian Real Estate Association for monthly home sales in Canada. The market will use the December 2026 monthly value, not a calendar-year average, MLS® Home Price Index benchmark price, median price, seasonally adjusted value, forecast value, provincial/regional price, or any other housing price measure.
Outcome verified from Bureau of Labor Statistics- Employment Situation and Bureau of Labor Statistics- Consumer Price Index.
