If Jimmy Kimmel has been involuntarily terminated from the position of host and/or executive producer of Jimmy Kimmel Live! at ABC after Issuance and before Jan 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes.
An involuntary termination is defined as: ● Termination for cause, including but not limited to performance issues, misconduct, policy violations, or breach of employment agreement ● Termination without cause where ABC unilaterally ends the employment relationship ● Dismissal, discharge, or removal from office by ABC or its governing body ● Non-renewal of an employment contract where ABC chooses not to extend the relationship ● Removal by vote of no confidence, impeachment, or similar formal removal process ● Suspension pending termination that results in actual termination before Jan 1, 2027 ● Coerced or involuntary resignation
