If the highest auction work sale price of the any artwork on Artsy is above $150M in 2026, then the market resolves to Yes.

For resolution purposes, “highest auction artwork sale price” refers to the single highest auction artwork sale price explicitly reported by the Source Agency in its publication “Most Expensive Auction Works in 2026.” Only artworks publicly sold at auction and explicitly reported by the Source Agency shall be considered.

Outcome verified from Sotheby’s, Phillips and Christie’s.

Additional prohibitions

Persons who are employed by any of the Source Agencies are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
Persons who hold any material, non-public information on the Underlying are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
