If OpenAI is assigned to the Information Technology sector of the S&P 500, then the market resolves to Yes.
If OpenAI is assigned to more than one sector of the S&P 500, then "Yes" holders for any attributed sector will receive $1/number of sectors and "No" holders for those sectors will receive $1 minus "Yes" payout.

Additional prohibitions
- Persons who are employed by any of the Source Agencies are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
