If Rice achieves top 20 on U.S. News & World Report's Best National Universities Rankings for 2027, then the market resolves to Yes.
For the purposes of this market, "top N" means an official published rank of N or better, regardless of how many total schools share ranks within that range.

Additional prohibitions
- Persons who are employed by any of the Source Agencies are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
