If Texas’s 23rd Congressional District special election has been scheduled for a date before November 3, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes.
Example: If on May 1, 2026 the special election is scheduled to take place on Nov 3, 2026, then the market will resolve to No.

Additional prohibitions
- Persons who are employed by any of the Source Agencies are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
- Persons who hold any material, non-public information on the Underlying are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
