If the District Court for the Northern District of California has ruled in favor of any of Rippling’s claims for relief or awarded any damages to Rippling in its lawsuit against Deel before Jan 1, 2028, then the market resolves to Yes.

Additional prohibitions
- Persons who are employed by any of the Source Agencies are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
