Will xAI release a video game before 2027?
If xAI releases Video Game to the public before Jan 1, 2027, then the market resolves to Yes.
Video Game: For the purposes of this contract, a video game is defined as an interactive digital experience in which a user provides input that directly influences on-screen or in-environment outcomes rendered by a computer, console, or equivalent digital device. This includes, but is not limited to: Console games (e.g., PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo) PC games (including downloadable or cloud-based experiences) Mobile games (apps available on iOS, Android, or equivalent platforms) Browser-based games playable via standard web browsers Virtual Reality (VR) or Augmented Reality (AR) experiences that meet the interactivity requirement.
Outcome verified from authorized retailers and distributors of company and company.
- Persons who are employed by any of the Source Agencies are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
- Persons who hold any material, non-public information on the Underlying are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
