If Clayton Fuller wins the 2026 GA-14 special election (including any runoffs) in 2026, then the market resolves to Yes.
If a runoff occurs, the market will resolve to the winner of the runoff election.
Outcome verified from relevant county clerk or board of elections, Attorney General of the United States, relevant city/municipal clerk, in hierarchical order: the relevant state Secretary of State or chief election officer, the Federal Election Commission, state board of elections or canvassing board and The Source Agencies are.
Additional prohibitions
- Persons who are employed by any of the Source Agencies are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
- Persons who hold any material, non-public information on the Underlying are not permitted to trade on the Contract.
