Who will be a contestant on Season 35 of Dancing with the Stars?

If Amber Glenn is officially announced to perform as an official contestant in Dancing with the Stars Season 35 before Oct 1, 2026, then the market resolves to Yes.

For the purposes of this Contract, Amber Glenn satisfies the Payout Criterion if either: Official Announcement: Amber Glenn is officially announced, confirmed, or publicly credited as cast to perform an official contestant in Dancing with the Stars Season 35, regardless of whether the performance ultimately occurs; OR Actual Performance: Amber Glenn appears on stage, on screen, or in recorded content as an official contestant in any official performance, showing, or release of Dancing with the Stars Season 35. Additional clarification(s): If Dancing with the Stars Season 35 is entirely cancelled or abandoned before any official performance or release occurs, but Amber Glenn was officially announced in an official contestant, the Contract will resolve to “Yes.” If multiple people are announced for an official contestant (e.g., alternating cast, dual casting), and Amber Glenn is among them, the Contract will resolve to “Yes.” b The Contract may resolve to “No” prior to the Expiration Date if: (a) Dancing with the Stars Season 35 is cancelled or completes its run without Amber Glenn being announced or performing in an official contestant, or (b) another person is officially announced as the sole exclusive performer for an official contestant.
