What does “beta version” mean?
The beta version is an experimental release intended to gather user feedback, identify issues, and validate functionality. It may include bugs, incomplete features, or unexpected behavior. For this reason, we recommend using Magic with a test or secondary wallet rather than your primary wallet.
Can I continue using the Solflare wallet without Magic?
Yes. Magic is an optional feature. All existing Solflare wallet functionality remains fully available and is not affected by whether Magic is enabled or used.
I'm on waitlist, when will I get access?
Closed beta will be rolled out gradually in multiple batches to ensure stability and uptime. Everyone in the waitlist will get an access code as the rollout progresses.
What is included in the alpha release of Magic?
The alpha release of Magic includes:
- natural-language interaction
- market insight generation
- social-signal analysis
- PnL analysis of your wallet and trades
- trade setup using price- and time-based conditions
- automated execution through Solflare’s solver network
Additional features will be introduced as development continues.
Does Magic access my private keys?
No. Private keys remain secured by Solflare’s self-custodial architecture. Magic never has access to them.
Can Magic take actions without my permission?
No. Magic cannot perform any action on your behalf without your explicit approval. All transactions and delegations must be reviewed and signed by you.
Does the beta release include charts or visual market analytics?
Yes, Magic can create trend line charts based on the data you ask for. It can be used to inform your decisions.
Does Magic use my data to train the AI model?
No. Magic does not use your data to train AI models.
Can Magic modify or override my existing trades or positions?
No. Magic can only create or execute transactions that you explicitly approve.
Which social media platforms are included in Magic’s social-signal analysis?
Magic currently analyzes signals from X, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Reddit, Pinterest, Tumblr, Nextdoor, and YouTube.
How does daily digest work?
Magic checks the performance of tokens in your portfolio, finding top gainers and losers. For each of those tokens it checks the social media and internet to provide you with insights on what catalysts affected the price moving up or down.
Magic prepares the daily digest at the time of day that your choose during the setup of daily digest.
Is PnL information in Magic different than in the wallet app?
It's the same PnL service as the one providing you information in the wallet app. But with its natural language capabilities, Magic can provide you deeper insights and discuss specific trades and tokens.
Can I stake using Magic?
No, currently Magic doesn't support staking SOL. You can still stake your SOL using wallet app.
How does Magic monitor the market?
Magic works in combination with Solflare’s solver infrastructure. The solvers continuously monitor market data and trigger the conditions you configure, while Magic provides natural-language reasoning and insight generation.
How does Magic automate trades?
Magic uses Solflare’s solvers to create and manage automated trade instructions. The solvers monitor the required conditions and execute transactions once those conditions are met.
Does Magic currently connect to DeFi protocols?
Not yet. DeFi connectivity is planned, and additional protocol integrations will be introduced in future releases.
Will Magic be available in all countries?
Yes. Magic is available globally unless regulatory requirements in specific jurisdictions obligate Solflare to restrict or geo-block access. Availability may change if local regulations evolve.
What information can I use to automate trades?
In the alpha release, trades can be automated using price-based and time-based conditions. Support for additional indicators and data types is planned.
Will Magic continue to improve after beta?
Yes. Magic will be expanded with new capabilities, integrations, and data sources throughout beta and general availability.
How can I get beta access to Magic?
