About Marko
Marko Jovanovic is a backend engineer at Solflare building systems that don’t break when the market goes crazy.
He designs and operates high-performance backend systems handling millions of users, thousands of requests per second, and massive real-time data flows. His work has contributed to improving system performance by up to 20x while significantly reducing infrastructure footprint.
He specializes in scaling systems under pressure and making sure they keep working when everything else starts failing.
Outside of work, Marko experiments with RF signals, hardware, and security challenges, breaking and fixing things for fun, as well as air dribbling in Rocket League.
